How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders within EU. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account page.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes.
